You could go pay cash---the green stuff to someone, get a deed and file it and never touch a bank or title company, but how do you get the money back out....sure you could rent it, and get a little back each month....but if you sell it and want the cash back in the system, now it is tracible ....title...and banks...checks.... very risky washing money this way.
