Question #4 where can you find current mortgage balances on a home? 

I am Learning Autocad and Chief Architect and would love to get my hands on Building plans for single family and multifamily for study purposes. Can anyhelp on Biggerpockets help or get me pointed in a better direction?

Know that while you can find them cheaper at foreclosure - often it is at the expense of the risk you are taking not knowing what is going on inside the home.

@Aaron OrensteinYes, timing matters.I recommend finding an accountant who specializes in real estate taxation, tax planning and financial planning.

So far I am having little luck finding a provider for this, although I am positive that others have been able to successfully accomplish this.

I feel like i still have so much to learn, but I am ready to stop researching, and find out what it means to take action.

My logic is, I would be paying for a lease so I might has well build up equity in a mortgage instead and if I found a fixer-upper then have equity also.How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Finding a good mentor can help, education helps, sources like BP can help ultimately action is required.
