We are working with a friend/ architect on the design, but want someone who will take the reins from the planning stage all the way to completion. 

I'm still in the "almost over" stage of saving enough funds and capital for my first investment property.

We are in the very beginning stages of researching as much as we can.  

(in fact we stole it) & our youngest will live there & run it.At this stage (of our lives) it's the challenges & winning the bid(s) that make life interesting & the constant cash-flow provides for a heck of lot of security.

I also listened to his podcast http://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2014/01/09...The thing that I like about the book is that it is very complete, going through the different stages of the process.
