Podcasts transcripts?

Is there anyway to download a transcript of the individual podcasts. My commute to work isn't long enough for it to do me much good listening to them. I do however have quite a bit of free time around the office and it would be nice to be able to read through the content. Is there a software I can download that would allow me to do this?

For those of you using android is there an easy way to download the tracks and save them as a regular mp3? My ATT lg optimus g didn't seem to want to cooperate.

I don't think there would be much interest in transcripts of the show -- maybe 1 or 2 people at most perhaps.
