I don't know if I'll be looking for more or not, I'm getting the feeling that once again, all sorts of new people are trying to jump into the rehab/flip biz, which I saw back around 2007 around here and while that's not good news for me, its good news for you!

I ended up scrambling back to a 9 to 5 in order to survive and have been recovering ever since.The good news is "I'm back"!

Check your lease it might have a showing clause ,but the good news if you cooperate and  a new tenant is approved to move in before the end of your lease you would not be liable for the full amount Landlords can not charge twice for the same occupancy 

All are C class by definition, but the surrounding areas are fine.Last quick tip, turn off the local news.  

I'm thinking it will be like how you said, a flattening out or a smaller correction with prices dropping a few percent to low double digit percentages.
