It's a cozy 2 bed, 1 bath with a shed and a huge yard.

Is there a way to do a 30 day lease with the option to break lease for 0 or 1 dollar to turn it into a 3 day rental.  I dont want to make it sticky for renter, but if hoa calls my out I want to be able to say oh I had...

A lot of people will say not to use an 03 machine and the science on it varies...it can't be used in an occupied area...and you have to air it out for a bit after you use it...but, I have had good results from them.

The air conditioning unit was in the front yard.

@Collin Corrinton I do want to slowly rehab I’m getting out of the navy for college then joining the air force but going to university of Texas at San Antonio

A/C units don’t seem to be applying  enough air through the vents so it runs longer.2.)

I've done floating bamboo flooring before using the click method and I do notice some parts of the floor when stepped on moves like it has air pockets.

Roof, windows, doors, garage doors, gas forced air furnaces, AC heat pumps, appliances(stove, dishwasher, fridge may have been replaced, but still dated), and toilets all original, so about 30 years old.

We had forced air heating, as well, so the duct work was already in place.
