Air BNB - my complex hoa says 30 day rental only

Is there a way to do a 30 day lease with the option to break lease for 0 or 1 dollar to turn it into a 3 day rental.  I dont want to make it sticky for renter, but if hoa calls my out I want to be able to say oh I had a 30 day lease?
