Just my two cents.....I would recommend that you write down the necessary tasks in your business that 1) you like the least, 2) make you the least amount of money for your time, 3) do not negatively impact your competitive advantage if outsourced, 4) are easily transferrable and teachable to others, and 5) would free up your time to work on more profitable tasks.

This is a wholesale property and I'm sure other offers will be contingent upon finding access...I'd like to be more competitive and not have the contingency, however I don't know the likelihood of fixing the problem.

Usually they are very competitive to get and may or may not be worth the aggravation.You would want to keep your business in a separate entity (LLC) from your real estate.Hope that helps some.

This is a great thread, I just set mine up last week and got a decent lead off of 6 clicks or so and looked at my market and its pretty wide open for organic searches, which surprises me here in the ATL as competitive as it is around here.I've done some adwords stuff before, but its been a while...just reading this thread has made me rethink some things.

You can try to get an agent to help you with that (Sorry I am probably hitting a lot of the places you would want to do so not looking to give my competition the names.:) ).Most towns tax assessor website will be easy to use and you just have to look at the properties and see if the mailing address is something other than the property.
