Home with no access
I am evaluating a property that has great profit potential, however I have an issue with access. There is no street parking and no driveway. On one side of the property is a vacant lot owned by the city, that would be great for access. On the other side is a small commercial parking area that could be utilized if the owners are willing, however this is the least ideal option.
What can I do? This is a wholesale property and I'm sure other offers will be contingent upon finding access...I'd like to be more competitive and not have the contingency, however I don't know the likelihood of fixing the problem. Advice??
