the potential tenant was honest and told that his credit is bad because of student loans he was not able to pay. however, his wife is a director of a company that deal with children and has better credit. 

Nice furniture and landscaping etc.  

If I really earn nothing or minimum wage and have children, I truly need the help.

You need boots that care because their children walk the streets of that area.

Sometimes a friend will pop in and give me a hand or like for the cleanout I was able to hire some cheap labor (I had refused to handle some of the tenants furniture).

Basic stuff was free and additional furniture is a pay for it thing.Hope that helps

Hello BP Community,I'm not necessarily new to BP, but this is the first time I've attempted to dive into this since I first joined back in 2016, so to continue to cement myself further into this commitment, I wanted to make my first post and member introduction.I'm 25, engaged with two children, have worked in the Accounting field briefly with a Real Estate development and management company, and plan on moving forward in this process with my fiance.What I'm looking to gain from this website is to gain as much information as possible, as soon as possible, so my fiance and I can get into rental properties.

She helps me build furniture, clean bathrooms, whatever I'm doing, she's there.

Could be passive income at a certain number, lifestyle , wealth, legacy to pass down to children etc..
