I've learned quite a bit from the site and am starting to get really interested in investing into real estate.I'm 22 years old and graduated in May 2013 from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a degree in Business Administration.

@Luke Slapa - in probate, once the executor/executrix or administrator has been named you can deal with them directly and place the property under contract.

I am looking for local investors that are in need of Administrative support or anything else I can offer their business.

We both work in Administration and both have family involved in real estate including agents, as well as property owners.

I am currently working full-time in Contract Administration for the Federal Government, and I have several years of Property Management experience under my belt. 

All this not mixing funds, insurance and administrative stuff is killing me.

I have been a zoning and building administrator for a number of years. 

After studying business administration in college I was drawn to real estate when I was reading and trying to gain knowledge in the field.

In addition, there are marketing costs and usually a great deal of administrative work associated with answering emails, taking phone calls, handling rental agreements, etc.However, the best part, is that I can use them when they are vacant.

I was told by the administrator that i could not use real numbers unless I was pro.
