There is a title company that insured another lot in fort worth from a tax sale in that county and i am in the process of closing on it next week.

I recently wholesaled a turn key/rent ready deal near Fort Bragg for 63k and the end buyer just informed me that it appraised for 93k!!!

Areas that the short hold reposition makes sense.Dallas, Indy, San Antonio, Raleigh, Charlotte, Fort Worth, (Iffy: Portland, Seattle, LA).I like the reposition strategy because as long as you have the market research done, it is not a long term appreciation play.

I finally made my move here to Fort Wayne, Indiana 3 weeks ago, I am looking for work and I think it would be a good opportunity to try and work & learn the basics by working with someone or a company.

As an example, I've saved a couple outside investors some HUGE headaches when I found out they were looking at properties in the Stop 6 area of Fort Worth.
