We like to advertise that we are good Buyers, we follow through on that promise by having the willingness to get detailed pictures of the property and finding comparable sales for the property supporting our proposed purchase price.

Well, it looks like when you reopen the economy and remove fake barriers, things really start taking off again.

You can make great cash flow (as many will probably brag or promise on this forum) on neglected houses run by horrible property managers and previously owned by absentee or out of state folks that should otherwise be torn down but that doesn't mean that's a house you would want to own long term.
