So, you're cleared to runway two four, cleared for takeoff at pilot's discretion, clear and ten, wind calm, altimeter two niner, niner six.

As long as your numbers make sense then the packaged deal should sell itself.

In fact, folks are having a hard enough time selling those nice homes in packaged neighborhoods.If it were me, I would buy this property for a rental, and use the remodel money to make it bullet proof instead of nice.  

They also have a package for management companies, but I have not used that option.
