Anyone used Datatree.com before?

I'm looking at potentially working with Datatree.com to help my assistants gather property information from one centralized location. I did the trial and I'm very pleased with the program so far, but am not sure it's worth the price they are quoting me. 

Has anyone used their services/package before and if so what has been your experience with them? I go through 50 - 100 properties a month on a slow month.
