Best Practices To Determine Value On Luxury Homesteads?
Hello Bigger Pockets Colleagues,
It looks like a have at least 1 opportunity upcoming to market a property that's over 1 million list price. I do have access to MLS and will use that as a tool, I also have access to the tax records and will analyze those. I also will identify what was paid and what's owed to assist with the valuation. It seems as the ranges in this particular neighborhood varies and it gives a lot of room for discretion. Does anyone have any extra tips or pointers to help me nail it!
