in general, the time it takes to see results for PPC isn't long at all, especially if you've got someone who knows how to work it properly...it can be as quick as a few hours to a couple days...but PPC is a beast in and of itself lolfor SEO and your website, it could be a month or so (I've seen quicker), depending on the competition and the type of campaigns you run...if your campaigns are weak and the competition is decent then it takes longer, if your campaigns are on point and the competition is decent, it could take a few weeks to see page 1it all varies depending on how well you can harness all the moving pieces and the dynamics of what works, when it works, why it should work, and the adjustments you make on the fly (again, the benefit of having more control over your budget!!!)

I am able to see major issues, but I don't take temperature of the cool air coming off the vent, I don't flush every toilet or turn on every faucet, nor do I actually run the dishwasher, or dryer etc...my inspection is visual.

That’s just for the agent and escrow and title insurance.Note: Even if you can do the math in your head you should still use the calculator and write the figures down on the right side of the note pad so they can see it visually.
