There are limits to how much you can invest in your SDIRA per year, but if you are making money in your REI and have a business structure setup you can sponsor your own company SDIRA plan and contribute some of your own income from your company into the new plan and even provide a company match (benefits of business ownership!).

Setup Business Structure and begin establishing business credit. 

I spoke to couple of investors and they are willing to invest with me but I am not sure how to structure this deal as I am not going to put my own money in.

I will also have a few assets I will be looking to sell in the coming week, and would be happy to educate the newer note investors on how they will be structured, answer questions about those opportunities, talk notes in general, and offer advice to anyone seeking!
