@Marco Campos I have several apartments in the 12-22 unit category and a bunch in the 1-4 unit category.

My plan for several years has been to buy owner occ propreties and convert them to rentals when I move to the next.   

I have employees in my LLC, and prior to Obamacare, if I get health insurance for myself, I have to obtain it for my employees, hence the management under the C Corp with health insurance where there are no employees.

If you have to pay an attorney to give you the information you need hopefully its at a minimum and have several questions lined up to get your money's worth.

I have had this situation several times and my title co always provides the form for free.
