I have turned away visiting dogs but I have not faced a service animal staying overnight.

I'm just starting out trying to get agents to use our service and don't seem to be adequately conveying the product's benefits, because as stated, to me it seems like it's a no brainer.

I have used some of his tips, but I have not used his paid services so I can't personally recommend him, but his advice so far seems practical. 

Are you working with a Realtor® or a contractor, both can likely solve your problem as the agent will have access to more data and knowledge of how to run comps, the contractor will be able to give you a better idea of repair costs.

I wouldn't put any stock in what these online services generate, good or bad.
