Most contracts have the paragraph that states that copies, and faxes are treated the same as the original...so copies are fine...and I just email and scan, or snail mail copies to folks.

In my market of Grand Rapids most of the "deals" are found off market.

I live in Rapid City, and I feel like the market just isn't big enough to find potential investors.
