I would ultimately want to add one investment property building per year, and specialize in 3 to 6 unit products to build a large portfolio of those products in the local Chicago market around Midway airport and the city itself. 

This trip has been very productive because for being here only a few days, I was able to see which part of town to possibly invest in and to stay away from.I was hoping to meet and personally shake hands with James Wise and Tom Ott, since I follow them on social media like YouTube, but I think these guys are busy--which is a good thing for their business.

Also I wont be getting calls or complains that his internet speed is slow, etc.

He has been on a 2 year lease every renewal and a bit below market as my husband was in law enforcement and we gave a discount to Police/Fire/Military.I’ve been watching the market and it has been slow to come back.

@Chris LinI would install a heavy duty 3“ dIameter pole in the center of the living room for her and her friend to help supplement her income during slow weeks .

Because my husband cannot walk very well, and he is very slow to do anything, when he has enough energy to do anything, I had to clean out our two car garage of all his tools and all the stuff in it, as well as pack all our stuff in the house, and I worked day and night.Had to call for a special pickup for all the junk that we had to throw away, that I alone had to haul out to the curb by myself. 

The property is preaty nice and finish product is nice, big 4bed 2 baths.

It was a relatively straightforward, yet a slow process.I GC'ed it because I didn't exactly budget for one in my "accidental" purchase.

Have any of the Florida realtors notice a slow down in the past month? 

As soon as you think it slows down, 5 or so houses will go up pending.
