I did see that his (package)  costs about $500, so thought about doing some research on him before spending money i dont have. i haven't seen much on him except 2 post from here (BP) that they liked it. wholesaling sounded like a complete scam to me until i really dug into it & here i am!

Potential problems I see are if a tenant wants a movie package or if they have technical issues connecting their computer to the internet, etc. 

When you start trying to combine policies you end up have a Business Owners or Package policy and they are rated as a Commercial policy.
