Structuring a Package deal

I’m intending to structure my first package deal. The package is the 14 SFRs. I’m wondering if this can be done on a standard State RE form, or if I’m better off hiring a lawyer to write the offer. It seems pretty cut and dry as far as listing property addresses, due diligence period and stipulations with inspections. Any guidance from an experienced investor would be greatly appreciated.
