Hi guys, my name is Stephanie and i'm from Las vegas, NV. my interest in real estate pretty much started from seeing a video i stumbled upon of Nick Ruiz and i was just so intrigued by his enthusiasm to get you into wholesaling, & ofcourse the money you can make too. I did see that his (package)  costs about $500, so thought about doing some research on him before spending money i dont have. i haven't seen much on him except 2 post from here (BP) that they liked it. wholesaling sounded like a complete scam to me until i really dug into it & here i am! I don't remember how i stumbled upon this sight but iv been addicted ever since about 3 days ago, lol. i initially wanted to just get into flipping houses (with no cash at hand) right lol, but after a few videos/post's iv read its not wise to go into debt flipping houses ( #1 bankruptcy reason). In conclusion iv thought about getting my feet wet FIRST by getting into wholesaling & becoming a Licensed Realtor. the incoming Money from wholesaling & being a realtor i can save up and have cash to go into Buying & flipping real estate. Any tips/advise is Highly appreciated!
