Set the rent, utilities split, file a schedule E, take the depreciation deduction, etc.If it doesn't succeed in the "break up with her" part, it should provide the evidence that ownership was not part of the deal.Like I said, not a lawyer, not legal advice, and you need the real thing.

They don't pick up the phone when you call, or respond to e-mails, or generally do anything to help you out.If someone is unable to respond to you when you want to pay them money, just think how bad they'll be when they already have your money!

Problem is, after e-mailing Brokers with his criteria I quickly found that the standards he has for partnering on deals....is completely unrealistic.
