Seems like you would have to buy a lot of these and I dont know whether its practicalI do this on the side to accumulate massive amounts of airline miles.That said, it's no easy process, and there is about a 1.5% transactional cost, and then you need to find a lawyer/title company that will accept all these prepaid cash cards since the maximum balance amount is $500  LOL

Something to keep in mind about Germany is the massive tax penalties if you sell the property inside of 9 years.

I am currently dealing with a rehab in South Florida with massive mold issues from a leaky roof.

One was huge, but needed massive work, the other two were old, but had no structural defects like the big house. 

The next step is massive action.

We can get $500-$700 per bedroom in my market so even expensive construction costs are usually outweighed by the massive upside in rent.
