Looking for MHPs in the Carolinas

Hey all,

I'm curious if anybody has insight on the best way to find deals on MHPs? I'm looking primarily in the Carolinas and my only investment experience is with single family homes. I've read most of the forums and a lot on MH University. But I haven't been able to locate any deals that look even close to the valuation calculations suggested.

Thanks!

@Brian Orr It's probably best to locate an exact area. Touch base with the local mobile home park owners there. Ask if they know other mobile home park owners. From there, form a relationship. Be sure you keep in constant contact so they know to call you when it comes time to sell. It will take awhile to find a deal. But with enough persistence and time, you'll eventually land one. Good luck!
