Maybe my introduction needs to be a bit more detailed.I am a full time Real Estate agent in Southwest Florida, particularly Sarasota andCharlotte county for the last 7 years.I have some real estate investments as well, but I am particularly looking toconnect with investors looking to purchase or sell property in my market area.Thanks !

I had no idea at that time (2006) that a few years later I would be a full-time real estate investor.

This will be for personal deals and will not be working as a full time re agent, but rather an investor using my license to benefit my personal business.

I designed a dog room in one of my houses, attached to the laundry room, which also serves as the pass through from the garage to the kitchen. 

By that I mean Do they do 300k Kitchens?

This includes fixing the foundation work, new flooring and paint throughout, and if allowable in the budget I would include updating the bathrooms and kitchen(not necessary as a rental for a family).
