You have to go to court, have evidence, get a judgement, then enforce it on the correct exact same named people.

Yeah Account Closed  it's a weird situation that no one person seems to have a full grasp of (myself more than anyone, no judgement).

Someone suggested TVs were good for when it rains so the kids can watch TV.

@Adam Frantz: We left Seattle (I was born there and we raised our family there) because they couldn't seem to turn the water off (rain my friend, drizzly, grey, everyday) and  we ended up in Arizona which we find both very favorable weather and  favorable landlord tenant laws.

I've only heard good things, and will reserve judgement until I experience otherwise. 

Mild climate with minimal rain, quite a bit of housing for the homeless, good social programs for food access.

If there’s not enough precipitation (rain, snow, or otherwise) in the surrounding areas to replenish the reservoir, I don’t see how the underground aqueducts are being replenished as the whole southwest is in a multi-decade drought.

Also original Judgement was entered by default, so it was signed by a clerk not a judge.Thanks again!
