There are some property management software out there that will list your property and even have options to perform background checks.

Dividing it up into 17 acre lots would be an option as well.

If you plan to use a third option, look there as well. 

Mom and pop NY brokerages would be a better option, but they will have no training or systems, but will hold your license while you look.

I just don't see a big enough difference between the RentRedi and all of the other free softwares to justify spending $9/month.Long story short: Why should I use RentRedi compared to the free options out there?
