Selling a large lot as one lot or divided?

Greetings! My family owns a 51 Acre lot off of a main road in Lakeside, Michigan zoned as R-2. It is currently a tree farm.The area is popular for vacation home owners from Chicago. Do you think the lot is more valuable sold as a 51 acres or divided into 3 17 acre lots? Thoughts? Thanks!
