I have posted this before so I apologize if it is redundant.It first talks about ways to find a contractor then goes into ideas around veting them. 

Now, 21 days later she is offering advice with no indication that she lacks any experience in this fieldI apologize if this sounds like a personal attack, it is not meant to be.
