What is your biggest problem/dilemma when working with an agent?

I understand your tenants point that she shouldn't need to wear the mask in her house but let her know that it's not because of her but rather the contractors who are putting THEIR health at risk to benefit HER family.

Thank you for your advice.To be rather obtuse about it, there's been two major health emergencies in our immediate family with four young children involved. 

I do not want to disrupt their living situation since the tenant (mother is very old and has health issues). 

So, that's my dilemma

The unit was in working condition but dated, Tenate is single, male, 62, and in poor health, possibly low income with no current employment.The median Rent for this size unit is $900/month in the area (Rentfax&Rentometer): I read to offer 10% discount for long term renters, was considering setting the rent at 800$ monthly M2M, is this too high of a jump? 

Not only is my background in social work and I have studied extensively about social programs mental health, but I also own over 100 units of low income housing/trailer parks.  

Health/Medical care. 

Here's the dilemma.
