With resources such as BiggerPockets at my disposal, I will continue to learn and expand my experience, while growing my business and hopefully helping others along the way.The local market has obviously changed a lot in the last 10+ years since I was flipping full time.

Plano-Frisco area is a fast moving, fast growing area.

It's not a fast growing area but it is a steady growth area.  

But contractors change all the time so do you due diligence.

That's certainly open to change but I've said all along that if I can find a good deal elsewhere, I'm not going to be deterred because of location.

I questioned them about the whole mess and they say the information is wrong and somehow get the report changed to show more income as an employee.  

Does that change things?
