I keep a list of detailed instruction taped inside a kitchen cabinet that lets the tenant-buyer know about local emergency numbers and shelters, as well as a list of "To Do's" including safely securing or removing yard objects, double-checking closing all windows, and even temporarily cutting power to the home, etc.
