For this who handle their own property management, do you take calls 24/7 or do you have regular hours? Can all problems wait until normal business hours? Just trying to get a feel for how others handle emergency situations.

Our hours for tenants are from 8:30am until 5:30pm. Our in house resident manager will take calls until 9pm for tenants with emergencies pertaining to lock outs, payments, & hvac. Real emergencies due to hotwater tank eruption, gas, or fire. Dial 911 and the resident manager has an alternate number to contact us.
