_ What would your dream partnership look like in terms of return, responsibilities and workload?

Listening to the "Bigger Pockets Podcast" and the "Rookie Show" has help geared my mindset and has pushed me to make the move and pursue my dream.

It is currently the beginning of February, and so I am wondering from anyone who has some knowledge and experience on buying homes, what are the steps and timeline I should expect in order to make this dream happen?

Currently the asking price is around $850k (based on comps) and our 'dream house' is coming on the market for around $950k in the same area.

As a 7 year old, I used to draw up floor plans and neighborhoods, and it's still a dream to be a part of something like that.

Her parents were so grief stricken, that she quit her dream job in LA, moved back to NY to help her parents through the tragedy.

I never dreamed that I would have trouble financing a replacement (or several replacements) since this is the first time that I have ever been turned down for a loan before.

Luckily, I have a very good gig lined up right when I graduate, its my dream job!
