All of the above is helping me build experience and a network within my local real estate community and earn some money on the side to put towards future investments.

But I think the real estate industry is setup to give investors a false impression.I would love for BiggerPockets to dedicate an entire podcast episode to failure just to pain a clear picture of this is what it looks like.

I'm committed to educating myself first as much as possible, and I'm hoping to get advice/comments prior to my first investment from the community (online and local) as I go thru this journey.

Are you old enough for adult community which is so much more reasonable?

hello BP community,So I got pre-approved bank loan now I'm looking to buy a multi family rental in Fresno, CA i've been looking for multi family, duplex, triplex quad plex. 

Unfortunately that's the case in many MH communities nowadays.
