Can we easily transfer the title if we sell it?

Bank ACH is next, however, if the tenant initiated the transfer from their own bank via ACH they've got A LOT they have to go through.

As for banks calling the loan if transferred to LLC, there was a a podcast guest this past year who said it was basically unheard of, as long as they get their money they don't care.

I prefer Primary and Secondary markets because of the diversity of industries\jobs, higher population growth potential, higher income potential, amenities, and the data collected\available to analyze.
