Does anyone here have a significant other who simply did not want to be a landlord? How did you overcome that? Mine is nervous and while her fears aren't completly unwarranted, I simply am not stressed out by the thin...

Cash out will require 6 months and max # of financed properties will be 4.Effective date is supposed to be 12/1/08 but the remaining lenders still allowing these (which is very few) will probably start implenting this in the next 30 days.I'm staring a new post to clarify some things.If you have someone that can work these for you then I strongly suggest moving forward right away.

My screening service has a confidential "tenant report card" for bad tenants where you can list a tenant and what they did to your property (which I am currently filling out as i have so much damage in such a short period of time--from a lawyer no less)but it is just for my state -a landlord would have to use my service and her name would come up--she and her deadbeat "fiancee" moved to Texas and I wish their new landlord could have found out about them.Any ideas or thoughts from anyone?
