Websites for bad tenants

Does anyone know if there are websites especially for landlords where really bad tenants are listed? My screening service has a confidential "tenant report card" for bad tenants where you can list a tenant and what they did to your property (which I am currently filling out as i have so much damage in such a short period of time--from a lawyer no less)
but it is just for my state -a landlord would have to use my service and her name would come up--she and her deadbeat "fiancee" moved to Texas and I wish their new landlord could have found out about them.
Any ideas or thoughts from anyone? Joann
