Wholesalers have no shortage of buyers, it is sellers that are the problem thus they don't typically look for buyers in the forums, you might have better luck reaching out to them directly.

I also listed it with VRBO.com which has been good for the in-between monthly rentals ( I find they typically book a weekend to 6 weeks stay)  but they do take a hefty fee when people book through them.

Reverse mortgages have their own issues to consider.I have seen clients have success wholesaling preforeclosure properties but typically they find it requires more work on their part.

Hi @Jose Castillo,As long as you're getting your message out to them, and you're consistently mailing, the color of the ink probably doesn't have as big of an impact as you might think.I started with yellow until I ran out and went to white paper with purple ink until my wife told me (I'm color-blind).
