Then you look at where rents start in our area.. its about 1200 these days.. unless you want a Flea trap. and a SFR would be pretty much 1700 to 2500 a month.. 

I can see a cheaper toilet having unglazed traps, cheaper tank seals and cheaper innards.I will qualify this by saying I left plumbing (as a profession) 20 years ago and things change, and as a whole I have noticed products have become much cheaper in quality.
