I'm typing up my first lease agreement and adding in a few amendments I've heard on bigger podcast to a standard lease I got from a mentor.

Apt complexes run rent specials,, no application fee's, free months rent.. so watch ad's outside banners and websites are easy everything is so well done now days,, complete video tours.. 

However, this year one unit isn't renting and isn't getting much inquiry from the web ads. 

BTW, I don't think there are "F" properties, just A–D.

Hello BP TeamHas anyone added vending machines to their property?

In our case they stayed a few extra months but left before they got to full market.Example:Tenant will pay to Landlord a monthly rent as follows:$500.00 for April 2010$600.00 for May and June 2010$800.00 starting July 2010.

In a perfect world  you won't be paying homeowner pricing but contractors are aware of the value they are adding and aren't afraid to up their prices especially if they can tell you are a newbie.Next - everyone on here is looking for a mentor. 

I just wanted to know if there are any contractors, rehabbers, or remodelers in the Milwaukee area looking for some extra help, that might be willing to train.Currently I work as a TIG welder, which has been great to me for pretty much my whole career seen high school.  

If they are good at what they do then you will easily have the extra profit to pay them.

Since I have a little extra cash I thought I it would be a good idea to make it work for us.
