@Alison Cummins I went to public school in Montreal and high school in Granby wonderful area!

Depending on your rental, how nice it is, proximity of schools/parks as well as crime rate, you can make a fair estimate. 

Does anyone know of a good real estate agent who's very familiar with single family homes in the BHBL school district?

I am not sure what I want to do for a career after school, but I know I want to be working in the real estate industry.

Hey so I just graduated pharmacy school and I am in 178k debt... ooof I know.

If short-term rentals are frowned upon by your city but it's near a hospital or school, you could turn them into medium-term rentals (i.e. longer than 30 days but less than 3-6 months) for travel nurses, visiting professors, etc. 

And I've been in the tenant's position before.I had been a tenant at a house in Los Angeles for five years as I was going to school at USC and starting my career.

Around here, groups/schools/charities sell them as fund-raisers.

My daughter has moved down there and I just retired.It seems I can get into a decient property with a 1% rental and good schools for about a 1/3 of the cost in my area.Just trying to figure out how complex I'm making my life.
