Look for meet ups in your area (virtual), attend free webinars, start reading as much as possible on any and all topics related to investing and real estate.

Represented myself as I'm a Realtor here in Denver so I saved myself commission on the buy and sell side.

I recently found Bigger pockets and have been watching their videos on Youtube, attending their free Webinars and reading books about Real Estate Investing.

My property manager is not a lawyer, but she's filed evictions and has attended court sessions on her own.

Would love to learn and network myself while I attend college and wait till I turn 21 to obtain my brokerage license.

Now, I am attending my first REI meet-up tomorrow (9/19) here in Atlanta, which I'm super excited to attend!

To find the right size firms my suggestion would be to ask some local investor focused agents or simply attend a local REI meetup (you can probably find some here under the EVENTS tab) and tell people what you are looking for.

Join local real estate investor networking groups and attend regularly.

We had a little higher vacancy as some students either chose not to attend or to pursue other virtual options, but pre-leasing for this academic year went quite well and we're back to what I would consider to be pre-pandemic occupancy levels. 

I’d start by attending meetups, networking, and read/listen to as many podcasts and books as you can.
