Tenants will sneak dog in the property anyway and claim it's their friend's dog visiting from XYZ university for the weekend.

Around Christmas time we had some incredibly cold weather that caused the oil line to freeze up requiring me to thaw out the line on numerous occasions until the water was out of the tank.

That said, I did attend their free class and bought a ticket to their three day workshop this weekend.

I instead gave them the weekend to figure it out and some cash to help them move.

It’s been two months, but I am living in the downstairs in-law and I only have a few weeknights and weekends to work on it.

That it is against the young mans families religion for him to stay inside the same home as his love interest if they are not married which is why he is staying in the garage and that it is only for the 3 months of summer and EVERY weekend that he stays there the rest of the year.Before leaving I had a talk with her and I listed the issues to her verbally i.e.

I work 9-5 (more like 8-6, and some weekends, and some nights...ugh) and after doing my job, the last thing I want to do is someone else's.

I know we will learn something or make a connection that will be much more valuable than the cost of the weekend.
