@Jimmy Farag and @Charles Kennedy, not that it is GR8 or anything but I posted a forum some months back about my DMM campaign that I believe might be pertain to the topic at hand.  

For instance,  you'd have to disclose if Marilyn Monroe died in your property, or Charles Manson lived there,  no matter how long ago.
