Hello,I am very interested in real estate investment but I don't know were to start. people who I have been talking to suggest to do some wholesales to get some liquid then turn around and diverse into other types of real estate investments.

I know this thread is old but the prices here in South FL are out of control, "wholesalers" are marketing properties 10-14% ARV and on top of that most of them market the same exact properties.

Is it not our job as wholesalers to worry about it?

I have looked at a few deals and started crunching some numbers.Ultimately my business plan will include cash-flow rentals and rehabs but to get started I'm planning on doing some wholesale deals.
